"I was told a bottle of wine would be brought to the room but never came even after a reminder. Our TV remote did not work. Once that problem was solved they told us the TV was only in Spanish. Overall we enjoyed the hotel. A great pool, fun happy hour, beautiful view and a shuttle bus to Tamarindo that was very convenient. "

There’s so much potential in the area but with trash not being cleaned up on the streets and beach it really hurts the area but I won’t take away from the hotel.
