"Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I especially liked that I could extend my stay by the hours a little longer since my departure flight is late in the evening. Making coffee or tea in your room was very convenient. It was very convenient that a restaurant is in the hotel."

"Easy walking to Shinjuku, I walked to Harajuku and Shibuya as well though the subway is right there if you don't want to walk that far. I had an issue with a funny noise coming from the bathroom so the staff were very good about putting me in another room and helping me with my bags, even hoping me up with breakfast to compensate. Overall it was a good stay re: location, service. Cleanliness was also good. Rooms aren't big but I saw smaller ones for the same price so I can't complain. "
