"We went with a tour and they booked us at this hotel so that was how we came to know this hotel. We were traveling to several cities but need to come back to Tokyo for 1 night before flying home plus we need to leave our bigger suitcases here while we moved around by train, for convenience. We like the hotel because of convenience, near shopping and Shinjuku station. Pricey compared with other hotels in Osaka, Kyoto ext."

"It was really close to the Metro Government Building and 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. You could also walk underground to the station if it’s raining outside but it took us 3 days to figure out how to walk back to the hotel underground. Last day, we finally figured it out. The twin beds room was small and we couldn’t open our luggage on the floor. We had to put it on our bed to get to our luggages. We were only there 5 days so it was fine just for sleep. Very clean, staff spoke English, very helpful and friendly. The area was great and close to everything. "

"Location! Location! Location! Its steps away from the station in Shibuya and the shibuya scramble. The staff are nice. It’s closed to convenience store and McDonald’s. They even lend us umbrellas cause it was raining. There is a water dispenser where you can get cold water. The only thing is the room is a little bit small. "

"Booked this stay in Shibuya for me, my husband and 2 school age children for 5 nights. The room was a comfortable size for all of us and our luggage. We got the deluxe twin room and it was bigger than anticipated based on what I’ve read about space in Japan. The space was clean and the service was consistent. The hotel food was more expensive than other restaurants around but was good food. There is a nice hangout spot on the 1st floor so it’s a hot spot too. The best part is the location was truly central and very convenient. We could walk to most of the places we wanted to go to within 15-20 minutes. I highly recommend this stay. "
