"In general Cerulean Tower is a great hotel with fair sized rooms, is clean, has a very comprehensive bathroom amenities kit, the convenience of 7 Eleven just outside the door and is walkable from Shibuya shopping, restaurants and metro station. A coin laundry is not too far away also so is good for families wanting to base themselves in area on longer stays. "Super nice place, we were a group of 7 friends and it worked perfectly for our 3 week stay. The apartment had everything we needed, from WiFi, TV, stove, microwave as well as a consistently warm shower and bath.
