"Staff was always friendly and greeted me. Also kindly showed me the proper behavior in the lobby, I thought I was able to sit in the lobby and eat my onigiri, but it appeared to be bad manners. I learned immediately and went somewhere else to finish it. I think as a foreigner it is also difficult to know all the etiquette, so I am glad to learn and change immediately. The facility is also very clean with all the ammenities that I want. "

"Good location in terms of Universal studios - a bit of a hike to the front gate, like ~15 min walk with kids. Surrounds are not very interesting and there isn’t much else there. We walked / took the free ferry over to the area around the aquarium which we and our kids enjoyed but it does take a while. The hotel is very good and the themed rooms are a bit of fun.
