I was extremely happy with my stay. I selected the king deluxe room and it was very spacious and quiet. It was very close to the tube and bus. I would most certainly stay here again.

It's in a great spot, close to Marble Arch, Hyde Park and shopping on Oxford Street. The hotel is round the corner from the Marble Arch tube station. We had a few issues as the hotel is in the process of refurbishing the rooms, it would have been good to have been advised of this before we arrived. The staff however were friendly and very helpful sorting out our problems. We'll definitely consider staying here again when we next visit the London

The best customer service ever from these two staff members: Minal and Ali Mansour. I was there celebrating my 50th birthday. Right before I got ready to leave the United States one of best friends passed away. You never know what someone is going through. These two people made my birthday trip even better. Thank you so very much.

We liked almost everything about this property. It was clean, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. When there was an issue with the room, it was promptly addressed. About the only thing we didn't like was that the hotel does not have its own restaurant, so breakfast is at another hotel on the same street.
