I was extremely happy with my stay. I selected the king deluxe room and it was very spacious and quiet. It was very close to the tube and bus. I would most certainly stay here again.

We liked almost everything about this property. It was clean, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. When there was an issue with the room, it was promptly addressed. About the only thing we didn't like was that the hotel does not have its own restaurant, so breakfast is at another hotel on the same street.

I don’t usually stay this central when in Iondon but had an event nearby. Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were wonderful and have a great welcome and I was very comfortable in the room and hotel overall. Will stay again soon for sure.

Good location but very dated hotel
Good location but when we went to check in for 3pm the rooms were not ready and we did not get to our room until 3 45pm. Rooms were very small. Heating not working and extractor fan not working in bathroom making bathroom very slippy due to condensation. Staff were very helpful though when we told them of issues with room. Very friendly. Hotel was in good location, clean but dated.
