"We stayed here for 2 nights as a closer and cost efficient alternative to Hakone. The staffs were accomodating, and the room size is relatively large for Japanese hotel standard. During our stay, they also provide complimentary breakfast which made our stay very memorable. Location is very strategic to the train station, making our next part of journey to be easier. Highly recommended !"

Everything else is satisfactory but soundproof is a problem, can clearly hear other people and cleaning staff when they simply walking by outside, and neighbors accidentally banging on the wall is a bit scary at night. We were a family of 4 (kids 5&7) and stayed in the traditional family suite with two large single beds and a separate tatami room. "Booked this room for the private onsen and it was quite a lovely experience. We brought our luggage to them early in the morning and asked them to hold it until our check in so we could explore and after we checked in and made it to our room they sent someone to bring the luggage up.
