The staff is excellent, the food at the buffet was delicious, our room was comfortable and even more so with the outdoor hot tub made it lovely. "This hotel has everything you need without going out too far. There is onsen ( private and public ). Breakfast and snacks are complimentary. Only downside is one of the bean pillow which is uncomfortable "
