"Good hotel to stay in Hachioji, near Keio line and a 5 minute walk to JR station. Hotel was nice and clean, but room and floor smelled like cigarettes. If you have any issue with this smell, this might now be the hotel for you. Other than that, no problem. Near several convenience stores(Lawson,7-11,Family Mart)."

Staff are incredibly helpful, kind and friendly, they offer free toiletries, even pyjamas to borrow if you forgot yours. Breakfast had a nice variety and there is water, tea and coffee available 24/7. The cleanliness was impeccable, as well as the service! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for the price ."
