"The thing that rises above the rest is the warm and professional nature of the staff that are eager to ensure that guests feel welcome and taken cared off. Also the grounds are stunning—beautiful gardens and a close hiking trail. Onsen was great and mostly empty with a stunning view and you could track how busy it was from your hotel room before venturing forth. I will most definitely be back. Dinner is expensive as a heads up."

The staff were wonderful and so helpful and we enjoyed our favourite meal of the trip in the sushi restaurant. Most definitely a highlight.
