"The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "

"Great private onsen, close to hakone cruise ferry. Arrived early before check in time, owner did not respond quick enough for the door lock. Luckily met the owner when arrived at the destination to put in the luggage."

"Large space in Hakone and very reasonably priced. Good for large groups of fit, young people. Recommended parking is up a very steep hill and stairs to second floor are a little narrow and steep. The house was otherwise clean and comfortable."

"Stayed in Hakone for a day. Rented a car at train station in Odawara and drove to the house. The house was very clean, nice bathrooms, laundry to boot! Beds were nice. Location was good to some things which were walkable. Great view of mountains from driveway. "

"施設がとても綺麗で快適でした。何人か虫が苦手なのでどんな虫がいるのかと不安でしたが蚊だけでよかったです。台風が近づいている中行ったので、到着時に大雨でしたが玄関ロックを開けてくださり、駐車場も案内していただいて親切でした。部屋のあちこちに騒音の注意が貼ってあり、どの程度なら平気かわからないので、いつクレームが来るかとドキドキしながら過ごしました。それ以外はとっても良かったです。"

"My family came to visit from US and I wanted to show them the area around Kamakura and Zushi. T-Reef was an OUTSTANDING host and communicated VERY well. House it located in a perfect area. 10 minute walk to the beach, right next to grocery store, a CREATE, 7.11, and a family mart. He includes all you need to cook. "民泊だから仕方ないけど、今回は居住者だった人の生活感と臭いが残ってて食器や備品など使う気になれなかった。BBQコンロの網は前者が使ったままで焼きカスがこびりついたままで写真のようなBBQセットとは全く違った！これでレンタル料金3500円も取るなんてありえない　ホストに質問しても1週間以上過ぎた今でも既読にはならない家の中は綺麗に掃除はしてあります。気温が低かったので虫などもいなくて七輪のBBQと焚き火は楽しめました。"

"新築なのかな？建物はすごくキレイで清潔感がありました。布団や食器も全てキレイでした。リビングと隣りの和室も広くて2家族で泊まりましたが十分な広さでした。一台分の駐車場がまあまあ狭くて、うちのワゴン車を停めるのには少し苦労しました。すぐ近くにコインパーキングもあるので、もう一台はそちらに停めました。"

"A great location right on the lake in Hakone. Although it looked to be fully booked we did not see other guests and it was lovely and peaceful. We stayed for 3 nights and were fortunate to see Mt Fuji for two days of our stay. The onsen in the room was amazing, we used it twice a day or more, so relaxing.
