"We were an easy 5 min walk from Tamachi Station, so useful. The breakfast had lots of variety to suit everyone’s taste. Loved free coffee and tea in reception as well as extra goodies , eg toothbrush and paste, razor, wash clothes etc. very handy for travelling. Great restaurant across the road as well as large supermarket, Life, near the station. Bed super comfortable, bathroom was ok. Fridge added bonus. Would stay there again. "

"Great hotel location in Shin-Yokohama. Breakfast item is same daily during my stay. There are restaurants nearby and close to Shin-Yokohama train station. However, train ride to Tokyo takes about 50 mins and 15 mins to Yokohama area. If you want to save some money and don't mind the train ride time, I recommend this hotel. "

"This hotel is lovely and very close to Narita. A shuttle is offered, be aware that it stops running prior to late flight arrival. The room was nice and clean, not huge, but large enough to get around the bed without running into things. The breakfast was excellent!!! They had a good variety of items and the beef was the best meat I had tasted in months."

"All was good and was happy with my bag being able to be kept at concierge till we checked back again a week later. However my team of 5 were upset and unhappy when breakfast manager refused to let me take some bfast to go as it was too early and the manager at the bfast WAS INFLEXIBLE AND SAID NO DUE to company policy . U need to have hotel fix this nonsense and bad customer service as they would not let me take food to go when I COULD NOT EAT AT 6..30 am and this was very wrong !! Will...

"10 min walk to Yokohama Station, not an issue if travelling light. Comfortable bed, clean facilities, nice amenities, convenient coin laundry, enjoyed the public bath. Only thing is I wish we had 2 keys so my roommate didn't have to come along or wait in the room to open the door when I wanted to go to the bath, for example. The key is required to have power in the room. Maybe they would have given me an extra if I asked? Anyway, perfect and affordable stay. Friendly staff."
