The room is on the small side but the bed is very comfortable. There is a free spa on the 21st Floor. Just our luck, they had some sewage issues while we were there so we had to keep the toilet lid closed and the ventilation on all the time. There is a buffet for 2100 yen but we went to a decent diner just around the corner. Best feature is it is just steps from the Sengakuji Station on the A line; so getting around was super convenient.

Easy access to Haneda airport. Property is right beside some major construction happening in the area Takanawa Gateway station is under a lot of renovation and construction. Limited convenience nearby so have to plan ahead

This hotel is right at the corner of the Sengakuji Station. There's an elevator going up that leads you right to the corner of the hotel. From Narita Terminal 1 to Sengakuji Station one ride only. Easy and quick check in. Property is quite and clean. Lots of restaurants around, however not so much for shopping or activities. There is parking at the back.

This is my husband and I first time to Japan we love the location that this hotel gave us because it was near two train stations one below us and one right across the street. Every morning we would wake up with clean towels waiting for us on our door the staff was very helpful And the hotel is very clean
