"gorgeous hotel. great view with a balcony. great restaurants. wasn't sure if I was supposed to tip the bell boy who brought our bags to the room. Metro stop is right in front of the hotel. Convenient limo-bus to Haneda on our departure day. Will stay here again."

"Hotel was super clean and beautiful! I only had one issue with this place and it was the laundry service ! I spent almost $80 on the laundry services and out clothes came back still smelly ( like you can still smell my sons sweat on his shirts) so expensive and when I told the front desk nothing was done about it ! She just said sorry and proceeded to swipe the charges "

"We had 5 nights and it was a great experience. We had free Sauna and free welcome drink for everybody because of the expedia benefit. The room was perfect for family trip because we asked to add an extra bed and it was quite large and comfortable compared to the other hotels in Tokyo. The house keeping placed free chocolate and water each day and it was nice to start each day with these desert.
