"Low cost. Very quiet area. One should be mindful and not make too much noise. Perfect to get a good night rest. I did not need to get the host attention. If needed there is a tablet where you can communicate with host. Not sure the host's English language capability. The rooms were larger than central Tokyo area hotels. "if you don't mind walking a few minutes from Tamachi station, this apartment style hotel is way more spacious than any business hotel. It's new, clean with full amenities, very convenient. The only issue with these hotels is that you have to check out at 10am and take your luggage to your next destination (or storage)"

"This property is a very good stay! Although sucks that they didn't have a toaster, but fine. Otherwise, I enjoyed everything else here, bed is very comfortable. I barely saw any reviews for this place, so I'm here to say that this is a great stay. Laundromat is around the corner, Coco ichiban is a 3 minute walk, KFC, Matsuya, and lots of Combinis. "部屋は狭いがロフトは意外に広かった。ベッドにはマットレスが無く布団だけなので固く慣れるまで身体が痛かった。夏はロフトは暑いのでエアコンの風が行くように扇風機が設置されているのは良かった。キッチンの排水溝のゴミを捨てようとしたら、掃除があまりされて無く滑りがひどく気持ち悪かった。ロフトのハシゴからジャンプしているのか？どっしんっという音が良く聞こえた。全体的には立地、部屋の綺麗さを考えるとお値段も手頃で良いと思います。"

"The property was very clean, compared to other hotels that we’ve rented in Japan. I thought this was a little bit pricey. They also do not have any dining on the property. You must go off to find something to eat. They have a coffee shop, but it does not open until 10 AM in the morning 11 AM check out time "

"Getting into the property was just slightly confusing as I didn't read the part about the tablet being at the side entrance. Really great place though - close to the station, super market, convenience stores. "

The mini house was more than enough for our small family to stay. Massive plus that it has its own washing machine in the house. Will definitely be coming back. "

"The up side is that the property is a lovely, cozy apartment that is equipped with everything that one would need to be comfortably self-sufficient. The down side is that one must be self-suffient. "This is my favorite hotel in Japan. Whenever I'm in Tokyo, I make sure I can reserve a room here. It exudes so much atmosphere celebrating the country, especially the serene Main Bar Asama. There is a fully stocked 7/11 on the premises and buffet restaurant, in addition to other restaurants, that, while pricey, and absolutely delicious and well-attended."
