Some construction work going on in vicinity but didn’t affect our stay. Hotel was stunning - modern and classic, lots of very elegant touches like nightgowns, lots of bathroom amenities and the team were super friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

The garden space was wonderful. Staff was universally helpful and pleasant. Room was very well thought out and appointed. Breakfast was varied and quite good. We had service issues with one restaurant onsite, and at a restaurant at the adjacent sister hotel (The Prince) as well. In general, this was one of the nicer hotel stays I have had.

10/10 Experience – Truly Felt Like Home! The place is absolutely amazing, and the staff is superb in every way. Most of all, the breakfast team stands out as exceptional. They don’t just serve a warm and nutritious breakfast—they do it with genuine smiles and such warm personalities that you truly feel at home, even when you're far away. Their hospitality adds a special touch that makes every morning memorable. A solid 10/10! Highly recommended!

Business and pleasure!

We chose this hotel because I had business there but chose to extend our stay. This hotel was beautiful and conveniently located, just quick walk from the train station. Great for business and for a romantic getaway. The breakfast was wonderful!

Comfortable & spacious room great for family

Good service and hospitality at this hotel. Caters to international travelers and a convenient location with Shinagawa Station, restaurants and convenience store within walking distance. Appreciated the clean, spacious room that accommodated our stay for a family of 3. Look forward to staying here again next time we visit Tokyo.
