"The area is close to Fuji Q highland amusement park but you do not hear it when inside the hotel. It is walking distance from some bus stations and if you are willing to walk a little longer it is about 20 minutes to kawaguchiko station. The hot springs were nice and had options for both inside and outside springs. The only issue that we had was with our fridge. We turned it on and put food inside but it did not get cold overnight and all the food went bad. Called front desk and they came to...

"This Dormy Inn was exceptional. The two hot springs baths and the sauna on the top floor were the highlight for us. We also enjoyed the complimentary ice cream in the evening and a free chair massage while our laundry was being done. After long travels in Japan, this Dormy Inn felt particularly welcoming with the complimentary lobby drinks and the complimentary ramen in the evening as well as all of the above mentioned conveniences. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back...
