"The property is very safe and quiet. We can see Mount Fuji from the balcony. There are some very good traditional Japanese restaurants around this area, we tried several of them, we experienced the Japanese culture and delicious food at the same time. The hotel’s hot spring is very good, especially the outdoor one, I lied in the spring water, was around by the trees, bamboo fences, birds singing, spring steamers and fogs. "The parking is not within the property so you have to park your car in the parking lot which is 6-7 minutes walking distance from the property. Our room did not have a view from the window but it was nice. We would stay there again."

"Our stay here was wonderful. The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly kind. The onsen is small (max 6 ppl) but that was never an issue. The included breakfast was a smallish buffet style of mostly western type foods, salads, scrambled eggs, yogurt, breads. The convenience of the location, minutes away from Gora station, made arriving and doing the Hakone loop so easy! Lovely spot overall. "
