The views of Mt. Fuji were amazing, the private onsen was so beautiful, & the "reserved" onsens so relaxing! The breakfast was excellent (highly recommend) & all the staff so friendly. Definitely take advantage of the shuttle bus service because it's a long walk from Kawaguchiko Station.

Amazing hotel in Fujikawaguchiko. Lovely couple of days spent here, we had a room with a view of Mount Fuji which I'd definitely recommend. The hotel had great amenities and we had a fantastic meal in the hotel one evening which needed to be booked, which we done so on arrival.

We had a fantastic stay at La Vista Fujikawaguchiko. The service was excellent, from the friendly reception staff to the attentive dining team. The food was delicious, and they kindly accommodated our dietary requirements, which we provided in advance. The views of Mount Fuji were incredible, and we especially enjoyed the bathtub on our balcony. The private onsens were a highlight, and the small touches like free ice candy and complimentary wine made the stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the property is one of the coolest hotels that I’ve stayed in. The public and private onsens are the best part of the hotel, including the Onsens included on the balcony. Highly recommend, glad we stayed here.

Great mountain view in unit, convenient access to your own hot tub as well as public and private baths. It's a short walk away from the shore of lake Kawaguchi, where you can find great spots for photos of mount fuji. We had a very comfortable stay here.

The hotel is very clean and cozy. The room is spacious and clean with a very nice view of Fuji mountain. The bath tub is in a heart shaped which is very cute. Food is great with very nice staff and wonderful service. Recommended for everyone, especially family. Hot spring is also nice and u can enjoy private space easily. Very great experience!!

The beautiful views, the staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was terrific. However, the parking area is a bit disappointing. I would still recommend this hotel for anyone wanted a peaceful, quiet stay with a sight of Fujisan.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was not only clean and spacious but also came with a fantastic bathtub, perfect for relaxing. Views of mt Fuji were awesome. Free wine from 1:00 to 7:00 pm added to our relaxation. In room hot tub with views of Fuji was amazing. Private baths were great. We tried two of them both were wonderful. Less than five minute drive to Lake karaguichi and we went out on a swan boat for more great views of Fuji. Great location and wonderful views.
