"The breakfast could be better"

"The staff was incredible. Everyone of them, from the counter ladies smiling and saying hola, to the gentlemen helping with the suitcases and serving coffee at breakfast, to the housekeeping crew keeping everything tidy. Only thing I didn't like was that OZ hotel does not have a pool."

"The bathroom was very large. Unfortunately, there was no hot water for the shower, used soap had been left behind, and my room did not have an actual window. When I opened the window (which was frosted), it was a hallway. Very odd. The upside is that the hotel is VERY close to the airport...I only had to walk five minutes. Also, the young lady at the front desk was very kind, professional, and helpful. "

"Buen ambiente dentro del hotel con sus muy amables empleados, y cerca de todo en el area. Era de esperarse que hubiera algo de ruido en la noche debido a las personas en las calles, pero con unos audifonos con musica relajante yo resolvi y dormi sin ningun problema. No es culpa del hotel, sino que asi es el area. Recomiendo y volveria."

However note the beach in front of the hotel is not private but can rent a shade and beds between 30k-50k pesos ($8-$12 USD ) a day. Always have small change on you for tips and local vendors and set price before buying on the beach or in the city. "
