"Our stay was lovely the staff was so attentive our kettle wasn’t working in our room so we called reception and they fixed it immediately, there was a few different places where there was dust and the shower floor and water marks on the shower door but overall very clean "

The breakfast was great with loads of variety - kept stocked up even when busy and staff were always around checking on guests and making sure the buffet area was clean and presentable. It's clear the team take pride in doing a fantastic job!"

"IBIS was closed so we were very kindly upgraded to the Grand for no extra cost and what an upgrade If you've booked while the ibis is being refurbished then definitely make sure you answer your phone to ensure the transfer goes through as you could miss it (call comes from leeds for some reason!)"
