What can i say first time staying here had best girls night with my daughter, even booked for my partner This hotel got be first one ive not complained about the room it was 10/10 for the cleaners to,reception lady was so lovely , breakfast was nice, just some of the older staff could of been little bit more better with customers/staff... Stayed for 2 nights, booked room with queen size bed and was given a tiny room with double bed, wrong room entirely! Next door to a room with some kind of generator and kept us up all night with the loud noise that came from it. Did managed to change rooms next morning and was actually given a room we had booked in the first place! Feel like we were ripped off on the first night!

Hotel is big clean. User-friendly with all the amenities. Room was spacious and clean. However, I found the choice of pillows was really poor. Both pillows were really soft and didn't provide much neck support.

I had a 2 night stay with a friend whilst attending a funeral locally. The room was clean and tidy and good sized. we had a meal in the restaurant with other fiends (8of us). Most of us had a good experience. But 3 had an issue with the steaks ordered. They found them to be a little tough to eat. The others all enjoyed what they had ordered. The stay was comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. There was ample parking,

The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff were amazing and very good with the children - the meals were worth the money! Our room was immaculate! The facilities were fab. Only niggle was the phone didn't work in our room and so I had to go to reception to order room service... They still charged me the £5 tray fee, which I thought they could have waivered due to the phone not working. But, they were very helpful and friendly

Clean, tidy and comfortable. Made the mistake of booking a family room for the extra space, but which was then a little noisy, with family groups in and out of neighbouring rooms. Overall the room seemed basic for the price and some minor details contributed to this impression, such as no smart TV and 2 tea bags & 2 tiny biscuits (at Christmas).
