"Dated room with peeling wallpaper, lukewarm water, and small uncomfortable bed. Certainly not worth £90. Dinner was shocking, and can only be described as a congealed bowl of slob. Meals were returned to the kitchen uneaten, but the £26 were not refunded. Breakfast was ok, but served on a dirty table with last night's drink stains on it. The only saving grace were the friendly and welcoming staff."

"Checked in to a room with no bed and a disgusting carpet, human error was the answer. Checked in to a second room. Look at the walls. No restaurant for food. We laid our staff off for COVID and we have not started then again. After a 14 hour day this is exactly what you need. NEVER AGAIN. complaint sent to customer services and their reply was almost oh well. You could have gone out for food. "
