"Beautiful place and we loved our stay here. The owner, Dom, was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgable. You will love staying at Nabitunich if you are looking for something a little off the beaten path. This is bed and breakfast on a generationally owned family farm - dinner is also served in the evenings. We rented a car when we stayed here but other people staying at the same time did not and were able to get cabs (or hike!) into San Jose Succotz and the surrounding area. "

"We stayed at the San Ignacio Resort Hotel for two nights and had such a great experience! Not only is the property beautiful (swimming pool, patios, tennis court & walking trails) but the room was so clean and well-appointed. We slept so well every night! The restaurant was fantastic - we usually like to go to local places but the food was so good that we ate breakfast both days and dinner one evening there. Beyond everything else, the staff was so kind and courteous. Special shout outs to Ozzie...

San Ignacio is run down so this place fits in. cool building. spacious rooms. backpacker comfort level . I left my room at 820 AM and caught the 830 bus to Belize city with all my luggage a few blocks away "

"The familt thst run the property are not the owners. Very nice family however we did not get the room that we booked. We were told we had to have the basic room rsther than the superior room we chose as thw owner had not setup the Expedia system corectly. Hence the price we paid was only for the basic room. They need to sort this out as would have stayed elsewhere had we known. "
