"I will definitely stay here again! We stayed as a family of 4 with younger kids (5 and 7). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. They were very helpful in booking adventures and making the experience kid friendly and memorable. I loved waking up to jungle noises, seeing beautiful birds and iguanas and being immersed in the jungle while also having the comforts of on site electricity and drinkable water. The food at the resort restaurant was also excellent. "

We lost our camera in a river while cave tubing, and the front desk went above and beyond to retrieve it from the tour company and make sure that we got it back. It was not expected, and a refreshing surprise. Food was really good."
