"The property is amazing. Only received low score based on accuracy of listing. My cabin was not one that was pictured, however I did still enjoy the cabin and it was cool and comfortable. The pool was…. Not as clear as the pictures. The food from Jack at the bar was 10/10 phenomenal. I recommend the buffet and full English breakfast. The road coming up the hill is a little rough, but manageable. I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and comfy. Very relaxing."

"Not fancy but had everything that we needed, lovely property with a nice salt water pool and a little bar/snack shack. Could place breakfast order the night before for the time you wanted to eat. Great location as it was not far to San Ignacio, Rio on Pools and the ATM cave tour."

"Our family of 5 stayed in two cabins in late December 2023 and had a great time. The cabins were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Each had a porch looking out over fields and the Macal River. Manon was a fantastic host. She gave us great recommendations on places to eat in San Ignacio and things to do in the Cayo Region. The Lodge is down a dirt road that is very bumpy (like most roads in the region) and became very muddy because of the rain so we parked about 1/3 mile from the lodge...

"We arrived at 7:35, it was dark and kinda sketchy. We drove up a really dangerous incline and washboarded dirt road to get to a locked gate and no one answering the phone or a honk. We contacted expedia..aka....a robot....and they proceeded to tell me even though i payed the insurance for this exact reason that the people wouldnt give my money back....and they couldnt contact them yet they leave this ad for this property up. Not ok and wont be using this service again. "

"This place was better then we could have hoped for. Owner met us when we arrived gave a tour of wildlife and plants and our bungalow. David, Owner, was very accommodating and easy to speak to. "The Treehouse was perfect for the last part of our Belize holiday. Tito, the caretaker was on site when we arrived. He was extremely helpful & communication was prompt. We liked how it is centrally located, so we could enjoy the many activities in and around San Ignacio. Loved hearing all the sounds of the jungle in the mornings and cooling off in the pool late in the day. A rare find for a truly different lodging experience; we would recommend The Treehouse. "
