"This is an exceptional resort. We stayed in the Mahogany cabana and it exceeded our expectations. It backed the river and was so pretty. The restaurant overlooks the river and is beautiful. The goat cheese platter was one of my favorite items on the menu. They make their own cheese. Be sure to visit their farm. We toured the Mayan ruins and also did the river tubing tour. We had a great time!"

"Gaia was a wonderful place to enjoy the jungle side of Belize. The staff was very responsive and assisted me with transfer from Belize City and back. There was an extra charge for this service. Check in was a breeze and the rooms are very comfortable. Hector at the front desk made arrangements for tours and spa and transportation, Freddy and Demor and Darren were perfect servers and went above and beyond! The resort is lucky to have them. The space down by the waterfall for sunning, dining and spa is so peaceful! Coco, the resort dog, accompanied me on a walk to Big Rock Falls too! It was a lovely stay. I cannot wait to come back some time."

"Property is well maintained. Very safe area to live but has limited options for vegetarian meals. Staff is very kind and treats every guest as their family member. Please do not use bar service for only kid’s juice as they charge the service fee of belezian $12 per order (just came to know after check-out). Provide daily turn over service "
