She didn't realise we had a dog but changed our room and our dog got a welcome pack which was a lovely touch... the hotel itself had a great vibe to it which is what i needed as i was visiting my sick daughter at the university hospital of Wales. Great breakfast. Good night sleep... Will definitely stay again. Thank you to Natalie for going above and beyond. "

It worked perfectly well for the stay. The room was a good size and had all the things you might expect. It did seem to be pretty hot even with the radiators switched off.
