I also felt safe and comfortable despite the interesting setup of strangers basically living together in a multi room apartment/hotel. There were lockers for my carry on and separate locking areas for my large bag. It was built for comfort while you are there, but most of your time in Japan will not be at your accommodation anyway. "Staffs are friendly and responsive. Room is clean with both heat/cool AC, water. Couple of cons for me are: small shower stall. Did not have much room to hang tower or clothes without getting them wet. Another con is the noise due to the surrounding bars and karaoke bars. everyday party up to 5:00 AM! If that is your desire, then go for it. Overall, I like it due to its location near Shinjuku station and cleanliness. "

"Such a convenient location. I opted for the single bed option and it was perfect for me. The room was spotless and had a fridge which was ideal for any food bought from the many combinis nearby. The shower and bathroom was immaculate and came with shower gel and shampoo and conditioner. All staff were so friendly and helpful. I know I’ll return to Tokyo and I will definitely book here again"
