"I want to preface this review by stating this is the first hotel I stayed in during my first trip to Japan. The location is incredible especially if you have large luggage because it is very close to Shibuya Station. The entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find because it's an elevator door and not a typical entrance. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but I think that is typical for Japan. The hotel staff was great and so helpful. I had tickets to an event sent to the hotel waiting for me upon arrival. The staff also arranged for my luggage to be sent to a hotel in Osaka. The food was excellent, I enjoyed breakfast twice during my stay. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants and they provided slippers and umbrellas that were needed. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again next time I come to Japan."

" I stayed at this hotel twice for the Tokyo Marathon, and both experiences were great. Last year, I stayed with my family, and we had a pleasant time. The service was excellent, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. One of the highlights was how they kindly held onto my ASICS marathon pack for me, that was really thoughtful! However, the breakfast menu could use a bit of improvement. While it was decent, I think there’s room for a wider variety of options to make it even better. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone attending the Tokyo Marathon or visiting the city in general. I’ll definitely consider staying here again in the future!"

"The only reason i didn't enjoyed my stayed was the AC. I was not able to controlled it this, led me to wake up every night. They have a small knob but this only blows a little air."

"Spent 11 days here, Fresh towels daily and cleaning every 3 days. Right across the street from the Oedo Line which is one that traveled to most of my destinations for the entire stay. Family mart across the street for late night snacks as well. Restaurant downstairs had buffet breakfast option daily and bar was open till about midnight with last call at 11:30pm. "
