In addition, on 2 occasions there were problems with guests who wanted to enter the elevator when it was full and it made us feel a bit unsafe in that hotel."

The bedroom was not large, but I expected to be the average size for the location as it is in New York City, the only issue I had was the Internet. It was glitchy at times, I had to try several times to login but once you got it working generally it was good most of the time. Also, there was a plastic piece of the grate on the AC heating unit that was on the floor. All they would have to do is glue...
