"This property is exactly as described and pictured. Communication was great and very helpful. They do need to upgrade the coffee pot. It's very small. We had 6 people and had to make multiple pots every day. I'm just saying that for a condo that sleeps 11, according to the listing, the coffee pot should accommodate the same. I wish there had been a little bit of Christmas decor in the condo, but other than that it was exactly as expected. Very Happy!"

"The VRBO was cute. For what we paid, I would’ve liked to see better. The rugs under the bed and couch were very dirty. Multiple spills of random things all over them. We were given one washcloth and one hand towel for a family of four, on a 4 day trip. There wasn’t one towel hanger to hang a towel on, after our showers, in the bathroom. "All and all the stay was perfect but there was a gap of about two inches under the front door which made the apartment really cold, especially at night. We had to roll a towel under the door to slow the cold air."

"It’s a comfortable place for staying, close to everything and just few blocks away from the train station that you can commute to NYC. Nice host. I recommend this place!"

"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."

"Very comfortable stay with lots of room to spread out. Interesting older house with many unique features. We were happy to learn that they recently installed a new furnace and a dishwasher. Lots of cookware and dishes. We spread out over two dining rooms for mealtime which worked well for us. "

"Upstairs apartment in an older detached house. High ceilings and big rooms lots of character with wooden floors and sash windows. There was everything we needed amd more, lots of thoughtful additions. Toothpaste and brushes, toiletries, slippers, ear plugs and more. The apartment was spotlessly clean. "Alexis was a great host and she was super communicative and easy to reach. The house was clean and prefect size for my group of 6. Most things were stocked but I’d reach out to the host in advance so you can buy anything that isn’t ahead of time. One important thing to note is that the driveway can only fit 2 cars and there isn’t really any street parking. "

"We loved our stay here! The room was perfect for a comfortable stay, just pick up your own groceries and necessities, then you’ll be fine! We had constant communication with the property staff and check in was seamless through the app. The neighborhood felt very safe, quiet, and is only a few blocks away from the subway.
