I also felt safe and comfortable despite the interesting setup of strangers basically living together in a multi room apartment/hotel. The only thing that bothered me a little the lack of dusting on the air conditioner and other areas of the place inside."

"Staffs are friendly and responsive. Room is clean with both heat/cool AC, water. Couple of cons for me are: small shower stall. Did not have much room to hang tower or clothes without getting them wet. Another con is the noise due to the surrounding bars and karaoke bars. everyday party up to 5:00 AM! If that is your desire, then go for it. Overall, I like it due to its location near Shinjuku station and cleanliness. "
