"We loved the Koko hotel in Osaka!! The staff was SUPER helpful right off the bat. We arrived and I realized I left my kindle in the hotel in Kyoto. They helped me by calling the hotel and having it shipped there; it arrived the next day and only cost ¥400. Also, after we left we went to Okinawa for 6 nights, and only needed some of our luggage.
