"A good modern centrally located hotel, very comfortable bed and good buffet breakfast. The rooms are quite small but well appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Ideal for attending the AO Arena and shopping. The recommended car park is a short walk away and reasonably priced for 24hr parking. To be recommended."

"I enjoyed my stay here, the only thing was I arrived at the hotel at 1.30 .and was told that I would have to pay 10 pound to check in before 2pm.. I waited to checkin after 2. pm. apart from this I can't fault the room or breakfast . it was excellent. I would definitely , maybe stay there again. "

"For the price we paid for two adults and two children for a night's stay the accommodation was perfect. Arrived early and our room was already ready for us, staff really good, entertainment in main bar good. "Absolutely lovely hotel, the receptionist that checked us in was super lovely and accommodating. Only down fall was our hallway neighbours were really loud and the phone in the room didn’t have a reception line and we couldn’t leave the room as we had a 2 month baby with us that was struggling to sleep due to the noise!"

"Start my phone Liam and helpful upon arrival facilities in communal rooms relatively clean going through refurbishment so can’t imagine will be much more improved once finished. Bed was clean and comfortable however room a bit nosy but that comes with sharing a room in hostel. Overall would recommend located near the main station and close to all shops and bars in town. "

"We booked this hotel as the reviews were good however there were numerous issues upon arriving at our room. The towels in the bathroom were folded up and as I had a shower I unfolded them. What dropped out of one was a Viagra jelly packet. Clearly the cleaners hadn’t looked or changed the towels. The shower temperature was great to start however it started to heat up to scolding every 30 seconds.
