We’ve stayed there twice now and have booked again for Christmas. The Hobbit used to be a pub and restaurant too that has sadly closed but there are plenty of other options in Sowerby Bridge and surrounding areas."

But, it has everything you need and the location is great. I highly recommend the pub next door to the hotel. It is right there and shares the same parking lot. No, it is not just a bar. "For the price we paid it was ok. I’m sure once the building works have finished it will be much better. Breakfast was adequate but room was a bit cramped, again I think because of the renovations. Overall for what we paid it was acceptable. "
