"Great location! Front desk staff and concierge were great! Jason was amazing and so supportive as he helped secure a taxi service since uber cancelled our ride for no reason. He brought all of our bags to the taxi and made sure we were set for our ride to get to the airport on time. Only complaint I have is that rooms are quite small, but it’s nyc. Housekeeping service was not efficient and helpful. "

"They have the most friendliest Front Desk personnel in this hotel. They were always ready to assist snd answer questions. Keep up the good work! If you don't have a car, the Bus only runs on limited service to this hotel. "

"The hotel has a fantastic location, proximate to subway stations (one is right across the corner) and within walking distance to Wall Street and the 9/11 Memorial. Quite a wonderful find!! Also, the staff was super friendly and helpful. "
