"Two couples guys going to a concert at MSG and ladies went to see a broadway show. All four of us just eating drinking and siteseeing. The property was clean comfortable and spacious . The pros being it had three bedrooms and two full baths and a garage spot on premises. The cons nothing within walking distance as far as restaurants and bars and the steps . The pros far outweighs the cons and being above the age of sixty the steps might be just fine for others"

"The place was very clean and came as advertised. We would definitely stay here again. We were in town for business and the location was very convenient for travel into the city. The neighborhood was clean and felt very safe and family-oriented. The host was amazing we had a previous booking cancel on us last minute and they were able to accommodate us and made communication seamless. The park nearby was great to walk around and we walked to get food at local restaurants everyday. All around...

"This was a beautiful space for us to spend Thanksgiving. The subway was a nice 20 minute walk and the neighborhood and neighbors were friendly and interesting. The space was restful, homey, and included everything we needed. Our host was helpful and always available with great information before we arrived. I can’t wait to return."

"I was most concerned when I saw reviews about lack of communication with the owner and a confusing check in process, because I've had a few negative experiences with that. Please be assured that the check in process was clear and smooth. The building is historic and has been through some things over the years, and it shows on the interior. However, the room is fully renovated and so clean, with some original details lovingly preserved. The room I had was much larger than the photos made it...

"The place was beautiful, clean and cozy. The neighborhood while being rated "dangerous" was quiet and calm. We were suprised by the neighborhood at first, but never had any issues. Check-in was easy, but it is a keyed entry and the key had a mind of its own so it took us a couple minutes to get in. It was a tight entry through two doors and immediately downstairs into the basement, but once there it was very spacious and enjoyable for the whole family. I would stay again."

"My brother, sister, and I drove up to stay at this home. Though we saw pictures of the view, they didn’t capture how awesome it really is!! The place was more than accommodating for the three of us. It was super close to anything we needed (grocery store, bars, restaurants, brunch spot lol), and a short UBer to NYC. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely a place that we will see if is available any time we make a trip back to our old stomping grounds!"
