"No one reply’s to me when I try to use my one night credit. Now they refuse to even give me credit at all. I understand there is no refund but I contacted the property prior to the stay and they said they will give me one night credit because they took my money!!!! "

We especially liked the open kitchen, dining and living room area. The design and colors were nice and we felt very safe in the building. The elevator opened directly into our apartment which was pretty cool. The host was very responsive our needs."

Amazing location in a good neighborhood, walking distance to a bus stop that drops you off at NY bus terminal. It’s no more than 30 minutes door to door. Astonishing view from NY skyline during most of the way. "Convenient location close to the subway. We appreciated having a little space and a table in the apartment, but spent most of our time out. Being in the city that never sleeps it was fairly loud in the bedrooms at the front of the property but got used to it after the first night. Some of the furnishings are a little tired but that was no problem for us. Victoria was really communicative and it was easy to check into the property."
