"This property was beautiful, very clean, safe, and all the staff was awesome. The premier club was well worth the upgrade. It was like our own private location to hang out with the group we traveled with. The club had food and top shelf alcohol available. Several pools and bars to visits. I would definitely return to this property and country if I was solely thinking of the resort and beautiful weather. I must advise you to be prepared for long lines at customs. We waited 2.5 hours in the heat...

"I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is ideally placed within the Barrio Bocagrande area of Cartagena. Directly across from the beach and a wide selection of eateries, shops and bars in the vicinity. The hotel is in very good condition. The room I was allocated was very good, spacious, very comfortable and quiet. WiFi reception was good and I wide range of TV Channels were available. "We loved the hotel and the service, the only thing I would like is that you to fix the floors around the pools, they are raised and it is dangerous for children who play around with the wet floor, my daughter tripped and haired her foot."

"My time at this Hotel was short 3days but it was very good. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, extremely courteous. They only have one Restaurant on premises but the food was great. I will definitely stay here again. Also I received my VIP upgrade to a VIP suite and it was great, king size bed and very comfortable and clean."

"There are several “luxury” options for accommodations in El Centro. This property was perfectly located. The breakfast that was included was delicious. The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful. The rooftop pool area was very special. The rooms were large and clean. The hotel was not noisy and the room were set back from the street. Highly recommend."

"This property was very newly refurbished at the time of my stay. The bed was very comfortable, aircon efficient (much needed in the hot weather) and it's walking distance to most parts of the old town. Staff were extremely friendly too. I would definitely stay there again!"
