The included breakfast was the same every morning, and wished they switched it up a few, but we ended up walking to another breakfast spot not to far away. Lastly, I thought the hotel was a bit pricey, but that was my opinion. Other than that, I loved the place!"

"Greatest stay I’ve have ever had in any hotel. All around people in Colombia so friendly.The entire staff was great from start to finish. Rafael the pool attendant, helpful, friendly, and respectful. The wait staff Sergio was awesome! Security at the front of the hotel also great. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Very affordable. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby felt safe, we did lots of walking. 3 ladies traveling alone and that meant alot. I recommend anyone staying in Cartagena stay at the intercontinental! 5 stars all the way! Can’t wait to come back, sad to be leaving. "
