"This was an excellent experience. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The building felt very safe and secure with restricted access to guests only and the entrance/front of the building was monitored day and night. I enjoyed staying here far more than the experience I had at a 5 star hotel two blocks away. The next time I visit this place will be my first choice for a place to stay. "

"Our host Vivian was fantastic. She went above and beyond. Whenever we had questions about the area, she answered them and helped us get around. Our room was always serviced and cleaned every day. The restaurant was excellent. Both the hotel staff and restaurant staff were superb. We need more Vivian’s in every hotel. We will be back to Cartagena again. "

"Great location, and steps to the beach! If you’re new to the area, avoid the beach directly in front of the apartment ( Hollywood Beach)…instead walk to the next beach…is a 2 minute walk and much quieter…..and cheaper. Apartment is nice…no AC on the living room/ kitchen but if you leave the bedroom doors open it is comfortable. AWESOME views of the ocean from front and back. Reception is very nice as well as the girl that cleans! I would book this unit again! "
