"We loved our 2 night stay here, the restaurant was great (unfortunately couldn’t get a booking at Yu Pan Asian) and we loved that the outdoor pool was heated for swimming in winter. The spa facilities do get extremely busy and noisy on Saturday but Friday evening and Sunday it was really pleasant to use. Our massage treatments were amazing, very relaxing. Only very small negative was check out time on my booking said 12pm, we had a cleaner walk in without knocking at 10:30 & then at 11:30 knocking to ask if we where leaving soon. I understand completely they have rooms to turn round & the mistake at coming in the first time I would have forgiven as a mistake but being rushed then at 11:30 it just felt like they wanted us out.
