"Great location and property, only thing that sucks is they provide no amenities or towels and the beds are like three spring mattresses joined together. Also took me half a day to connect to wifi and the staff said he didn’t know why. Also be mindful there are no separate showers so no privacy at all."

The instructions on classifying the rubbish is very clear and can definitely be understood by tourists who don’t read Japanese. The staff can speak in both Japanese and English.
