"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

"施設の方はフレンドリーでとっても良かったです。施設の設備も綺麗でした。ただ、暖房がつかず寒かったです。あるはずのアニメティグッズがなかったりしました。施設の方に声をかけたら、頂けたので大丈夫になりましたが、、。近くにプレジャーフォレストがあります。遊んだ帰りに安く泊まりたい方にはオススメな場所です。"

"We loved our stay at Koko, the staff was very friendly, the room was large (family suite) and we were located in a quieter part of Asakusa but close enough to the action that we could walk over for fun. Would definitely stay here again."
