At reception she did say to have the two keys as sometimes they don’t work I tried both keys twice without success so returned to reception with my luggage in tow. Apologies and reset keys. Said if any issues phone from the phone near the lift which unfortunately I didn’t see and had to return to...

"Great location for visiting the NEC. Lovely hotel, clean and spacious with friendly staff. Our room, a basic double, was clean and roomy, great shower. Good Wi-Fi. Good breakfast and a good variety of choice for evening meal. Also a pub within minutes walking distance. Great value for money."

"Good hotel, was all we needed for our stay. The only thing is make sure you book for the restaurant in the morning otherwise you could have to wait for hours to get a table! We went in at half 6 to have a table and couldn't have one until 9. "

"We booked a family room for three people but when we got to the room it was not prepared for three. However when we went down to reception they gave us all the necessary linen for us to make up the bed ourselves and towels. Not enough coffee/tea provided either. Overall though, very clean and comfortable."
