"I would definitely recommend this hotel from checking in to checking out. The staff were friendly but professional. When checking in the receptionist looked to see if a room was available so she could check us in early so, we were able to go to our room at 11am instead of 3pm. The room was welcoming and spotless. The beds were clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, the choice of breakfast was past expectations. My friend is vegetarian and the cooked breakfast was spot on, the staff couldn't do enough to make your stay special. "

"Great hotel, went to a concert at Bp live and our was a 3 minute walk. Next door to loads of restaurants and plenty to do. Only moan, was how long the food took to be served in their restaurant for evening meal. "
