"My stay was wonderful! The staff are all so very nice and helpful. I chatted with people of all ages and I saw several family & friend groups. The room and common spaces are kept very clean. There are lockers to secure valuables and personal items on your floor. I was pleasantly surprised that there is a kitchen and I was able to cook a few meals which was a huge plus for me. "Overall, not a bad experience. A good deal for how affordable it was. It’s dated, but clean. There is a smoky smell, as others have mentioned, but not terrible, unless you’re particularly sensitive. I had to leave early due to a storm, so didn’t actually sleep here, but accommodations looked fine. Pretty spacious for a typical capsule style. It was definitely warm, though. "
