"Unfortunately the property is located in a remote & bad neighborhood. The trash recycling field are nearby, therefore, it was trashing outside. The traffic to go anywhere was as bad as Los Angelels traffic.The venue does NOT have the staffing to accommodate the guess. The receptionist, has to do different jobs (Bartender, room services, cook,wtc). The pool & jacuzzi were not cleaned, & jacuzzi was out of service. & if it did work, it was only from 10 am - 6 pm.
