"Unfortunately the property is located in a remote & bad neighborhood. The trash recycling field are nearby, therefore, it was trashing outside. The traffic to go anywhere was as bad as Los Angelels traffic.The venue does NOT have the staffing to accommodate the guess. The receptionist, has to do different jobs (Bartender, room services, cook,wtc). The pool & jacuzzi were not cleaned, & jacuzzi was out of service. & if it did work, it was only from 10 am - 6 pm. "Super friendly!! Ramón was great, helped us with our luggage ( we got in like 9pm) super helpful. In the morning, breakfast was delicious and always asked how we wanted our eggs!! Highly recommend this boutique style hotel 😊"
