"Really nice property and very close to gas station, money exchange, convenience stores, taxi stand, bike and scooter rentals and a few good restaurants. A mile walk to downtown area restaurants and shopping. Property is on a quiet street and just a few meters off the busy road. There are no street lights but felt safe to walk even past 10 at night."

"We had a pleasant stay at Kiki for 4 nights. The check-in and check-out were smooth, parking was easy, and there is a grocery shop, a cafe, some restaurants, and a bike rental shop within easy walking distance. The interior has a nice layout, pleasing design, and great lighting. Plus, the terrace is nice too. The greenery does a great job of blocking out views of the surrounding buildings. One of the two showers in our room did not have hot water during our stay, but it was still a great experience and we'd do it again."

"This is a nice quiet part of Tulum yet walkable i’m close to lots of stuff. The hotel staff was really communicative through ‎WhatsApps and was very accommodating. Our room was lovely very quiet nice balcony very decent kitchen. Would come back."
